Welcome to SlowTracker, a service provided by kukla.tech sp. z o. o. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SlowTracker website located atslowtracker.com (the "Site") and the SlowTracker mobile application (the"App").

By accessing or using the Site and the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

a. To use SlowTracker, you must register and create an account using your email and password or through Facebook or Google authentication. b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

a. SlowTracker allows you to save and retrieve notes and create API keys. b. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe therights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of kukla.tech sp. z o. o. and its licensors.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
